Had a great first day at the @gojeffco with the inspiring crew headed by @djshrumdoggmillionaire @joelvanderheyden and I got to work with some sharp young bass players Now I'm off to Tallahassee for a short 24 hrs to present at @isb_world tomorrow on my in progress book I've been working on for a couple years "The New Standards Method" teaching Simandl technique through jazz standards. Hope to see some friends and meet new ones! Also let me know if you want to peep the draft of the first part of the book Gotta come right back to continue teaching at JeffCo along with rehearsing with my JazzU Group to play with @melissaaldanasax this weekend at @jazzstlouis!
